Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking Confirmation:
    1.1. All excursion bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
    1.2. The booking confirmation will be provided via email or any other agreed-upon communication method.
    1.3. Tours are not refundable for not showing up at the scheduled pick up time.
  2. Payment:
    2.1. Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.
    2.2. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or any other payment method specified by Laguna Beach Buggies.
    2.3. All prices are quoted in U$ Dollars and include any applicable taxes and fees.
  3. Cancellation and Refunds:
    3.1. Cancellations must be made in writing via email(contact@lagunabeachbuggies.com) or other agreed-upon communication method to the excursion provider 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time.
    3.2. If for any reason we have to refund a booking, Laguna Beach Buggies will process the refund through our processor within 48 hours after receiving the refund request.
    3.3. Any cancellation fees or charges imposed by Laguna Beach Buggies will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.
  4. Changes and Modifications:
    4.1. Changes or modifications to the excursion booking, including date, time, or participant details, may be subject to availability and Laguna Beach Buggies's approval.
    4.2. Any request for changes or modifications must be made in writing to Laguna Beach Buggies, and additional charges may apply.
    4.3. Laguna Beach Buggies reserves the right to make changes to the excursion itinerary, route, or schedule due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements.
  5. Participant Responsibilities:
    5.1. Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet any health, fitness, or age requirements specified by Laguna Beach Buggies.
    5.2. Participants must follow all safety instructions, rules, and regulations provided by Laguna Beach Buggies.
    5.3. Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings and should take necessary precautions to protect them during the excursion.
  6. Excursion Provider Liability:
    6.1. Laguna Beach Buggies will ensure the safety and satisfaction of participants during the excursion.
    6.2. Laguna Beach Buggies will not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience caused during the excursion.
    6.3. Participants understand and acknowledge that certain excursions may involve inherent risks and agree to participate at their own risk.
    6.4. This is an Excursion not a competition. YOU BREAK IT YOU PAY FOR IT.
  7. Force Majeure:
    7.1. Laguna Beach Buggies will not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, Inclement weather.
  8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
    8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic..
    8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the specified jurisdiction.
